Deacons

In the PCA the diaconate is an office of sympathy and service. It expresses the communion of saints found in the church, especially in their helping one another in time of need. The deacons regularly care for the needs of those in the congregation and in the community.

Charles Fahnestock

Charlie Kemp

Charlie is an HVAC technician for the WVU East Hospital system.  He has been a member of Pilgrim for over 25 years and ordained as a deacon in the PCA since 1995.  He is a lifetime resident of Martinsburg and enjoys wood working, camping and farming.
